How do I reheat Noba dishes?
Our meals can be reheated using either boiling water or in the microwave. See the label for exact timings.
How many servings in one Noba dish?
Each Noba meal component is intended as a one-person serving.
How many dishes in one meal?
You can combine 3 or 4 dishes into one meal, depending on your calorific and protein needs. Most people find that one grain or starch, one vegetable and one protein is a great starting point to base meals off.
How does shipping work?
Order by Monday 10am PT for Wednesday delivery (arrives Tuesday for Bay Area customers). Order by Wednesday 10am PT for Friday delivery (Thursday for Bay Area). We ship nationwide.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Our products are vacuum sealed in BPA-free, recyclable plastic. They are microwave- and freezer safe and can be put in boiling water.
How long can I keep Noba food?
All Noba Food can be kept in the fridge for up to 7 days from delivery. If it's going to be longer than that, we recommend putting the food in the freezer till you're ready.
Is Noba organic?
Wherever possible, we use organic, non-GMO ingredients. The list of ingredients for any dish can be seen on the product description on the website. You can also see a detailed nutritional breakdown on the label of each product.
